Harnesses have been tested to comply with ECE (E13) - 

This belt Conforms to ECE R16.07 approvals and bear the approval markings (E13)

The testing requirements of ECE are the equivilent of ADR, due to the fact that non-retractable harnesses cannot be used as a sole belt in the place of a retractable belt.

These harnesses are intended as an aftermarket enhancement to your vehicle, and should not be used in place of the original equiptment seat belts fitted to your vehicle.

Any fitments outside of this recommendation should be assesed by an approved engineer in your state or territory.
